Executive Summary

In a time of rapid disruption, the board’s mandate must evolve from passive governance to active strategic partnership. My work is centered on helping organizations navigate this shift by moving the conversation from historical "what" metrics to the predictive "why" of business dynamics.

 

By identifying and tracking leading indicators—such as sales methodology adoption or talent ramp times—we can align investor expectations with the operational realities of transformational growth.

This philosophy is rooted in my communication research and three decades of scaling PE-backed tech ventures.

 

I view organizational success as a balance between technical precision and high-integrity leadership. Whether I am serving as a Board Member or an Operating Advisor, my objective is to ensure that go-to-market strategies are not just aggressive, but sustainable.

 

We achieve this by relentlessly questioning foundational assumptions and fostering a culture where management feels safe bringing "ugly truths" to the table for collaborative problem-solving.

 

By prioritizing emotional intelligence (EQ) and numeric literacy, boards can empower executive teams to see around corners.
